Welcome to BAMM 2010

Björkliden Arctic Mountain Marathon

The event will take place Friday and Saturday August 20-21 2010.

During two stages you will travel in the mountains choosing your own way. You will carry all equipment required to spend the night in tent. The teams consists of two persons. The distances are 30 km, 50 km and 70 km spread over two days. The two longer, 50 and 70, are devided into the classes Mens, Womens and Mixed. 30 has one class for all, i.e. Mens-, Womens- and Mixed teams compete in the same class.

We also offer a shorter variant with the name BAMM One day, which is only day 2 of BAMM 30.

BAMM is now part of the big challenges (in Sweden), according to marathon.se. Are you ready for the challenge?

Registration limit

Maximum number of teams allowed to participate is 150 + 30. Read more on the queue list.

Discount

As last year, there is a 25% discount on the registration fee for teams that recruit a new team were both competitors have not taken part in the three latest BAMM (ie from 2006).

If you recruit two teams the discount will be 50% and so on up to four teams (100% discount!).

Registration limit reached!

Today we have confirmed some more teams and reached the registration limit. Since we could not determine the order between the teams, all was confirmed and therefor we now have a little more than 150 teams.Non Swedish teams that want to be on the queue list register as usual and pay in Björkliden.
